Ribble's Class Blog

Welcome back to another productive week in Ribble Class.

This week has been particularly busy, with various assessments, however, we have demonstrated exceptional focus throughout. Keep up the good work Ribble!

Our learning journey has continued across all subjects, with particular dedication shown in the exciting world of decimals and percentages. We have started building a great foundation to this topic and are eager to learn more next week. We have also progressed with our study of Shackleton's Antarctic expedition, focusing on the technical vocabulary associated with ships and sailing.

On Strove Tuesday, all children were invited to enter pancake races, which was a joy to watch. The smiles on everyone’s faces around Trinity as we encouraged our friends was wonderful.

Understandably, World Book Day was a resounding success and a highlight of our week. It was lovely to see the children engage with all of the wonderful activities that took place during the day. The costumes were also spectacular in Ribble - a notable mention to Ben for his excellent Henry VIII!
