The decorations are now up in Nidd and we are beginning to feel very festive. 

To add to the festive feeling, we joined Year 4 to rehearse our Christmas production in church for the very first time. Ava S said, "I'm feeling a bit nervous and excited." The rest of the class agreed with this!

In Spanish we learned some more Spanish numbers and we are now becoming more confident counting from 0 to 15.

We have been finding out about the Persian Wars. Connie found the part about the battle of Thermopylae really interesting and inspiring, saying "I enjoyed learning about how the wars started and hearing the part where the king sent most of the soldiers to safety but stayed to fight with the other soldiers."
