We have been very busy this week finishing our Fairy Tales.  We have learnt so much about relative clauses, parenthesis and how long and short sentences can help make our writing more interesting for the reader.  We have included a small section of Jack's writing for you to enjoy. We think it is a super example of how hard we have been working in Wensley!

In Learning Means the World we have been researching Roman villas. We have been looking closely at the design and how different they were to the home designs of the Celts. Kacper loved researching the villa designs and chose a couple of examples that were very symmetrical. 'I really enjoyed looking at the symmetrical garden designs and their use of trees and hedges,' said Kacper.  Jenny said, 'I am looking forward to designing my own Roman villa on Friday!'  Look out for some fabulous 3D CAD images in our blog next week!
