We have been learning to sing the nursery rhyme 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, once I caught a fish alive. Sarah noticed that five and alive sounded the same, and we talked about all the words that rhyme.

One of our favourite stories this week has been 'We're going on a leaf hunt' by Steve Metzger. We have very much enjoyed our own leaf hunts and Sam and Mo loved listening to the crunch of the leaves under their feet. Karen said that they founded like scrunched up paper!
