Skell Class have been busy this week!
They have had African cultural day where they explored Africa, made small world maps, created masks and postcards.
They attended a Multi-sports event and also had a Minibeast hunt in the woodland area.
Spa Class have been developing their understanding of world religions by studying Islam. This week they looked at the Islamic place of worship, a Mosque, and created their own using resources in the classroom.

Year 5 had the most fantastic trip to Hell Wath last week. They became archeologists and discovered lots of real historic artefacts. It was a great field trip to learn about how historians discover what life was like in the past.
Spa Class have enjoyed watching their caterpillars grow, pupate and emerge as butterflies. Releasing them into the wild on such a beautiful day was a truly magical experience.
