Lots of our children have been talking about how much they enjoyed our Dance session in PE this week. We have been thinking about using movement to create a character based on the novel 'Matilda'. We have been working on listening carefully to the music and creating sequences of movement in counts of 8. We learned some movements based on the characters of Mr Wormwood and Miss honey. Some of us even incorporated a jazz square into our sequence. Eloise said that she liked the moves we did and Ava S said she really enjoyed pretending to be Miss Honey.

We certainly have some super movers in Nidd!
