This week is performance week and on Tuesday we performed our dress rehearsals. Max really likes the costumes because they are very colourful, especially the three kings. Bella really likes the angel costumes and how the wings can be flapped! 

In Spanish we have had lots of fun learning to sing "Feliz Navidad" which means Happy Christmas in Spanish. Mael loved the song so much, it made him want to sing it a lot!

In English this week we have continued our work on biographies. We have learnt about Gertrude Ederle, who in 1926 was the first women to swim the English channel. We have also looked at a biography of Mary Anning, who was a Victorian palaeontologist from Lyme Regis and Rosa Parks, who was a very important figure in the American civil rights movement.

In Maths we have been learning to multiply by ten and how, when we do this, digits move one place value column to the left.
